How can I contact Vero atelier?

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only offer shipping within Canada to ensure the best possible service and delivery speed for our local customers.
Where are the products shipped from?
All Vero atelier products are shipped from our main warehouse to ensure quality control and reliable delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be in fulfillment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods:

All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time within Canada is 7–10 business days.
What if I do not receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 35 days from the shipping date:
- You may be eligible for a full refund.
- If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Defective or damaged items?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund once the item is returned.
